Vintage HKP New Easy Bolt Cutter-Size 0 with cut-out Handle. They measure 18" long. They do show some wear to the cutting jaws and a slight bend on one handle, would still make a great wall hanger, they do move free. They have the trademark HKP cutout in the handle
